Balance and Falls Workshop

Heather Lane Physical Therapy Balance & Falls Workshop improves your balance and gives you the skills to prevent injury during a fall. Created by Dr. Patrick Donovan, a physical therapist specializing in helping seniors live healthy and active lifestyles. During four weekly, one-hour classes, you learn:
 
  • how to properly get up and down off the floor
  • improve your weakest component of balance
  • improve your leg strength, agility, and power
  • how to land safely and reduce your risk of falling

Over 40% of older adults who fall & fracture a hip are unable to regain their previous level of independence. Don’t be a statistic.
